摘要 国家于2016年初提出开放社区的指导意见,已建成的封闭小区逐渐打开,新建社区原则上采用开放模式。封闭社区导致交通出行效率不高。为了研究社区开放后对路网密度、路网连通度、出行非直线系数以及出行延误的影响,采用理论推演的方式对前3个交通指标进行分析,结果表明:社区开放后,上述3个指标均有改善。考虑到影响延误的因素较多,且开放社区采集数据不易实现,借助Vissim平台模拟小区开放前后不同车辆输入、不同内部道路速度、不同车辆选择内部道路比例以及不同开放出入口数量的出行场景,并收集车辆延误数据,对数据进行统计分析,确定小区开放过程中各个自变量对车辆出行延误的影响。数据显示不同场景下,小区开放对降低出行延误有促进作用。 The central government issued an instruction to guide urban planning and construction in 2016,which indicted that gated communities would be gradually opened,and new communities should adopt"block"mode in principle,for gated communities lead to inefficient transportation.In order to study the impact of the community’s opening on road network density,road network connectivity,travel non-linear coefficient and travel delay,this paper uses theoretical deduction to analyze the first three traffic indicators.The result shows that after the community is open,the above three indicators all of them have improved.Considering the factors affecting delays is numerous and the data collection by open communities are not easy to achieve,this paper uses Vissim to simulate several scenarios including different vehicle input,different internal road speed,different vehicle selecting internal road rate,different number of gates opened to collect travel delay data,and statistical analysis of the data determining the impact of each independent variable on vehicle travel delay during the opening process of the community.The result shows that in different scenarios,the opening community has a positive effect on reducing travel delays.
