2003—2015陈寨土地利用变化及驱动力因素分析

Analysis of land use change in 2003-2015 and driving factors in Chenzhai

以郑州市陈寨为研究对象,采用陈寨2003年、2009年、2015年3期土地利用数据和相关统计数据,运用计量地理学原理,借助ArcGIS软件和Eviews软件,从土地利用类型结构、变化速度和转化关系等方面分析陈寨2003-2015土地利用变化情况及其驱动力因素。结果表明:住宅用地是陈寨的优势用地类型,耕地明显减少,水域保持稳定,商服用地与公共服务用地均先增加后减少;公共服务用地变化最为活跃,其土地利用动态度达到22.52%,同时其变化幅度也最大,达到292.82%,其面积增加10.72ha,耕地是其面积增加的主要贡献者且贡献量为5.31ha;驱动因素主要有区域政策、区位因素、经济因素和人口因素等,其中,区域政策占主导因素,经济因素是关键因素。

This paper,taking Chenzhai in Zhengzhou as the research object,uses the land use data and related statistical data of three issues in 2003,2009 and 2015,and applies the principle of econometric geography with the help of ArcGIS software and Eviews software.The paper analyzes the change of land use and its driving factors in Chenzhai from 2003 to 2015 in order to provide scientific basis for the rational use of land in the region.The result shows that:a)the residential land is the dominant land type in Chenzhai,the cultivated land is obviously reduced,the water area remains stable,the commercial use land and the public service land are first increased and decreased;b)the change of land use for public services was the most active,the land use dynamic degree reached 22.52%,and the range of change was also the largest,reaching 292.82%,its area increased by 10.72 ha.Cultivated land is the main contributor to the increase of its area and the contribution is 5.31 ha;c)The main driving factors are regional policy,location factor,economic factor and population factor,among which regional policy is the dominant factor and economic factor is the key factor.
