论外籍球员引进对CBA联赛的影响——基于CBA联赛2018—2019赛季外援政策改革与签约现状

On the Influence of Foreign Players’ Introduction to CBA League——Based on the Reform of Foreign Aid Policy and the Signing of Foreign Aid in the Season of CBA League 2018—2019

CBA联赛2018—2019新赛季的球员注册截止日期为2018年8月31日,在外援政策改革的影响下,各球队经过慎重地权衡与选择后顺利完成了球员注册。引进外籍球员是我国进行篮球文化学习和交流的必要途径,是提高CBA联赛竞技水平的关键因素之一,既顺应了竞技篮球职业化发展的趋势,又使我国篮球商业市场得到繁荣,但不可否认也出现了一系列负面影响,如,加大俱乐部的管理难度与经济负担,并普通有过度依赖和消耗外援的情形,严重挤压了国内球员的上场时间,这将不利于CBA的健康运行。为了兼顾CBA各球队俱乐部、中国篮协、外援和本土球员等多个群体的权益诉求,在篮球文化理念与运行管理机制等因素的制衡下,外援政策在持续地更迭,改变着外援对CBA的影响程度。本文基于2018—2019新赛季外援政策改革和各球队外籍球员签约现状,结合往届外援政策和外援状况,浅析23年以来外援引进对CBA各方面的影响,同时总结随新赛季CBA外援状况新变化而来的新影响,展望CBA的未来,在引进外籍球员事项上给出一些建议供参考。

The player registration deadline of CBA League in 2018-2019 for the new season is August 31,2018.Under the influence of the foreign aid policy reform,the teams successfully completed the player registration after careful weighing and selection.The introduction of foreign players is a necessary way to learn and communicate basketball culture in China,which is one of the key factors to improve the level of competition in CBA leagues.Not only does it conform to the trend of professional development of competitive basketball,but also makes China’s basketball business market prosperous.There is no doubt that there have been a series of negative effects,for example,increasing the management difficulty and economic burden of the club,and generally having excessive dependence and consumption of foreign aid,severely squeezed the playing time of domestic players,which will not be conducive to the healthy operation of the CBA.In order to balance the rights and interests of CBA clubs,Chinese Basketball Associations,foreign aid and local players,the foreign aid policy has continued to change under the balance of basketball culture concepts and operational management mechanisms and it changed the extent of the impact of foreign aid to CBA.Based on the reform of foreign aid policy in the new season of 2018-2019 and the status of foreign players signing each team,combined with the previous foreign aid policy and foreign aid situation,this paper analyzes the impact of foreign aid introduction on various aspects of CBA in 23 years,and summarizes the new situation of CBA foreign aid with the new season.We are looking forward to seeing a perfect future of CBA,and there are some suggestions for the introduction of foreign players for your reference.
