安远县电商扶贫效应及问题研究

Study on Effect and Problems of Poverty Alleviation Through E-commerce in Anyuan

江西省赣州市安远县积极探索出了一条“三级联动、四位一体”的电商扶贫“安远模式”,扶贫成效显著。本文基于安远县电商扶贫产业发展报告、政府工作报告、文献期刊和统计资料的文本分析,以及电商产业发展数据的时间序列对比分析,并在研究相关典型电商扶贫模式的基础上,调研分析了安远县电商扶贫模式及发展现状、存在的问题,针对其仍然存在的农产品品控难题、电商培训内容单一、电商企业发展资金缺口较大、物流体系不完善等问题,提出相应改进政策建议。

Anyuan Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province,has actively explored a"three-level linkage and four-in-one"e-business poverty alleviation"Anyuan model",which has achieved remarkable results in poverty alleviation.This article is based on the text analysis of the e-business poverty alleviation industry Development report,government work report,literature and periodicals,and statistical data of Anyuan County,and the time series comparison analysis of the e-business industry development data,and based on the study of the relevant typical e-business poverty alleviation model.In Anyuan County,there are still many problems,such as the problem of controlling agricultural products,the single content of e-commerce training,the large gap in the development of e-commerce enterprises,and the imperfect logistics system.This paper proposes corresponding suggestions for improvement.
