烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探讨烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月至2015年9月哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院血管外科收治的120例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,并按照随机数表法将其随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例),其中治疗组患者采用烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗局部创面,对照组患者采用软聚硅酮敷料治疗局部创面,对比观察两组患者的创面愈合情况、临床疗效、创面愈合时间及瘢痕增生情况。结果治疗30 d时,两组患者创面均明显好转,且治疗组患者创面愈合情况优于对照组,两组患者创面面积、创面深度、疼痛评分、肉芽组织评分及分泌物评分对比,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;治疗60 d时,治疗组患者治疗总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组患者的治疗总有效率81.67%,两组对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;最终两组患者创面均完全愈合,其中治疗组患者创面愈合时间为(56.35±4.32)d,对照组患者创面愈合时间为(58.24±3.18)d,两组对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;创面愈合后,治疗组患者愈后皮肤瘢痕评分为(5.88±0.54)分,对照组患者愈后皮肤瘢痕评分为(7.58±0.62)分,两组对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论烧伤创疡再生医疗技术治疗糖尿病足,可有效减轻创面疼痛、促进创面愈合、减少瘢痕增生,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with diabetic foot,admitted into the Vascular Surgery Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University between November 2013 and September 2015,were selected as subjects to be divided into a treatment group(60 patients)and a control group(60 patients).In the treatment group the local wounds were treated with MEBT/MEBO while in the control group the local wounds were treated with soft silicone dressing.The wound healing condition,clinical efficacy,wound healing time and scar hyperplasia condition were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment,the wound condition was improved in the two groups,especially in the treatment group.The wound area,wound depth,pain scoring,granulation tissue scoring and secretion scoring were respectively compared between the two groups and the results all showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 60 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 100%in the treatment group,which was obviously higher than 81.67%in the control group,and the comparison showed statistically significant difference,P<0.05.At the end the wounds were all completely healed in the two groups.The wound healing time was(56.35±4.32)d in the treatment group,which showed statistically significant difference as compared with(58.24±3.18)d in the control group,P<0.05.After wound healing,the scar scoring of the healed skin was(5.88±0.54)points in the treatment group,which also showed statistically significant difference as compared with(7.58±0.62)points in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot,MEBT/MEBO can effectively relieve wound pain,promote wound healing and reduce scar formation,presenting significant clinical efficacy and deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
