中高职衔接学生学习倦怠影响因素与应对策略研究

Study on the Influencing Factors and Strategies of Students’ Learning Burnout During the Transition Period of Secondary Vocational Schools to Vocational Colleges

摘要 中高职衔接是实现职校学生可持续发展的重要途径。网络技术专业对188名大学生进行调查,分析了中高职衔接学生在步入高职后导致学习倦怠的影响因素,探究了专业教师教学、教学内容、学习环境、学习方法和心态管理等各种因子之间的相关性。研究表明关注这些因子并采取有效措施,对提高中高职衔接学生学习积极性具有重要价值,研究结果为我国中高职顺利衔接提供重要的借鉴和参考。 The connection between secondary and higher vocational education is an important way to realize the sustainable development of vocational school students.This paper investigates 188 college students who major in network technology during the transition period of secondary vocational schools to vocational colleges,analyzes the influencing factors of learning burnout,and explores the correlations among various factors such as teaching,teaching contents,learning environment,learning methods and psychology management.The research shows that paying attention to these factors and taking effective measures are of great value to improve the enthusiasm of secondary and higher vocational students.The research results provide important reference for the smooth convergence of secondary and higher vocational education in China.
