企业家社会资本、技术创新与企业绩效的关系研究

Research on the Relationships between Entrepreneur’s Social Capital,Technological Innovation and Firm Performance

企业家社会资本,即企业家在企业内外建立、发展和维护的广泛的人际关系网络,对于企业的生存和发展有着重要的积极作用。同时,企业整合有限的资源进行可持续的技术创新,有利于提升企业竞争优势和企业绩效。以制造行业A股上市公司为研究对象,将企业家社会资本划分为纵向联系、横向联系和社会联系,并探讨了这三种企业家社会资本对技术创新和企业绩效的影响。结果表明:①企业家社会资本的三个维度中,社会联系与纵向联系均对企业绩效产生显著的正向影响,而横向联系对企业绩效的影响并不显著;②技术创新在企业家社会资本的部分维度与企业绩效的关系中产生了中介作用。研究结论进一步完善了企业家社会资本的相关理论,同时也为企业管理者在创新战略决策中合理应用企业家社会资本提供理论指导。

Entrepreneur’s social capital,namely the extensive network of interpersonal relationships established,developed and maintained by entrepreneurs inside and outside the enterprise,plays an important and positive role in enterprises’survival and development.At the same time,enterprises integrate limited resources for sustainable technological innovation,which is conducive to enhancing their competitive advantage and performance.This paper takes the A share listed companies in the manufacturing industry as the research object,divides the entrepreneur’s social capital into longitudinal connection,horizontal connection and social connection,and discusses the impact of these three entrepreneur’s social capitals on technological innovation and enterprise performance.The results show that:①Among the three dimensions of entrepreneur’s social capital,social connection and longitudinal connection have significant positive impact on firm performance,while horizontal connection has no significant effect on firm performance;and②Technological innovation only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between some dimensions of entrepreneur’s social capital and firm performance.The conclusions of this paper further improve the relevant theories of the influence of entrepreneur’s social capital on enterprises performance,and also provide theoretical guidance for enterprise managers to apply entrepreneur’s social capital rationally in innovative strategic decision making.
