湖南省社会信用建设的基本成效、现状问题与发展路径研究

Social Credit Construction in Hunan Province:Basic Achievement,Current Problems and Development Path

近年来,随着中央将社会信用体系建设作为深化改革的重要任务着力部署推进,湖南省高度重视社会信用体系建设,注重顶层设计,完善制度体系,加强组织领导,推动机制完善,强化推进举措和责任落实,促进了各项改革建设阶段性任务如期完成,改革成效初步显现。但也存在一些问题和不足,在今后的社会信用建设中应予以重视并加以解决。

In recent years,as the central government has focused on launching and furthering the construction of a social credit system as an important task to deepen reform,Hunan Province attaches great importance to the construction of a social credit system.The province gives particular attention to the top level design,improves the institutional system,strengthens the organizational leadership,and promotes the mechanism improvement,which promote the timely completion of all reform and construction tasks,and the reforms have yielded initial achievement.But there are also some problems and shortcomings,which should be given more attention and be solved in the future social credit construction.
