“互联网+”背景下湖南制造业转型升级的动力机制研究

A Study on the Dynamic Mechanism of Transformation and Upgrading of Hunan’s Manufacturing Industry under the Background of “Internet Plus”

“互联网+”背景下,互联网与制造业的融合发展推动着制造业往数字化、网络化、智能化方向转型发展,为制造业的高质量发展注入新动能,更为区域经济培育新的增长点提供新的机遇。湖南是工业大省,但传统制造业仍然占据一定的比重,推动制造业转型升级尤为迫切。本文从内部动力、外部动力、根本动力三个层面剖析了“互联网+”背景下制造业转型升级的动力机制,结合湖南实际分析了其在科技创新、产业结构升级、需求结构升级、市场竞争、国家战略、环境约束等六个方面具备的转型升级基础与条件,进而分析其借力“互联网+”推动制造业转型升级可能出现的科技创新能力不强、市场竞争能力较弱、制造业产业结构不合理等问题或障碍,建议相关部门要从湖南制造业高质量发展的战略高度出发,坚持科技创新引领、加大政策支持力度和优化调整制造业结构,为湖南打造制造强省提供坚强的保障。

Under the background of“Internet plus”,the integrated development of Internet and manufacturing industry promotes the transformation and development of manufacturing industry in the direction of digitalization,networking and intellectualization,injects new kinetic energy into the high quality development of manufacturing industry,and provides new opportunities for the regional economy to cultivate new growth.Hunan is a huge industrial province,but the traditional manufacturing industry still occupies certain proportion,so it is particularly urgent to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.This paper analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry from internal power,external power and basic power.Based on the actual situation in Hunan,the paper analyzes its basis and conditions of transformation and upgrading from the following aspects:technological innovation,upgrading of industrial structure,upgrading of demand structure,market competition,national strategy and environmental constraints.Then it analyzes the problems and obstacles of“Internet plus”to promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,such as limited technological innovation capability,frail market competitiveness,and unreasonable manufacturing industry structure.We suggest that relevant authorities should consider from strategic perspective of high quality development of Hunan’s manufacturing industry,adhere to the guidance of scientific and technological innovation,increase policy support,and optimize the manufacturing industry structure,so as to provide a strong guarantee for Hunan to build a strong manufacturing province.
