地方高职院校“双师型”教师培养途径及保障机制研究

摘要 目前,地方高职院校“双师型”教师培养面临地方政府未发挥主导作用、企业参与积极性不高、学校培养机制不完善、教师提升自我动力不足等困境,高职院校应有针对性地创立健全“双师型”教师队伍的培养途径和保障机制,即要从教师自我提升、引进企业专家、立足校内培养、校企协同培养等方面拓展培养途径,并建立完善组织保障、制度保障、管理保障和动力保障等多元化保障体系。 At present,the local"Double-Qualified"teachers training in higher vocational colleges face these dilemmas that did not play a leading role of local government and enterprises to participate in the enthusiasm is not high,imperfect school training mechanism and the shortage of teachers'self-motivation,we should be targeted to create and improve the ways and the safeguard mechanism to cultivate the"Double-Qualified"teachers,namely expanding the approaches of cultivating from the teachers'self-development,bringing business experts based on the campus and school-enterprise collaboration,and also establishing the perfect diversified security system such as organization,system,management and power security.
