摘要
为了解内地西藏幼师毕业生返藏岗位适应性水平,该文运用问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,以湖南某高校内地西藏幼师毕业生为研究对象,对其岗位适应性进行调查。结果显示:内地西藏幼师毕业生返藏岗位适应性处于中等偏上水平,岗位认知与认同“双语”能力、专业核心技能是影响内地西藏幼师毕业生岗位适应的主要因素。对此,应将“爱岗、爱幼”情怀教育课程梯度开设,加强学生对幼教岗位的认知与认同;加强专业核心技能课的梯度设置,提升学生保教能力与组织调控能力;建立“双实习”基地,聘请“双导师”指导,提高“双语”教育能力。
In order to understand the adaptability level of Tibetan graduates majoring in pre-school education in China's Mainland,taking a college in Hunan as an example,this paper uses questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to investigate the adaptability of Tibetan graduates majoring in pre-school education in China's Mainland.The result shows that the adaptability of Tibetan graduates majoring in pre-school education in China's Mainland is at the upper-middle level.The post-cognition and recognition"Bilingual"ability and professional core skills are the main factors which affect the post-adaptation of Tibetan kindergarten teachers in the mainland.In this regard,it should be set up in the gradient of"Loving Profession,Loving Children",so that it can strengthen students'cognition and recognition of the workers;improve the gradient setting of professional core skills courses for the ability of education and organizational control;establish“Double Internship Base",invite"Double Tutors",improve the"Bilingual Education"ability and other measures.
