建筑类型学视野下历史街区保护策略——以岳阳市洞庭南路地区为例

The Strategy of Protection of Historic Streets Based on the Architectural Typology——Taking the Dongting South Road as an Example

随着经济的快速发展,我国大多数城市面临旧城改造问题,实现老城与新城的平衡对话,对于城市风貌的塑造具有重要意义。该文从建筑类型学的视角,以岳阳市洞庭南路历史街区为例,尊重其原有的肌理形态,以保护修缮为主,适当改建、新建;以原有的街巷空间秩序和格局为前提,在立面上严格控制建筑高度、体量、尺度、风格;针对文物建筑应以“原形式、新技术”为前提结合文物修复专家和规划建筑专业共同配合,使历史街区在城镇化背景下焕发新的活力。

With the rapid development of the economy,many cities in China are facing the problem of old city reconstruction.It's important for us to achieve a balanced dialogue between the old city and shape the city's style.In this paper,using the method of architectural typology,taking the historical district of Dongting South Road in Yueyang City as an example,taking the original street space order and pattern as the premise,the building's height,volume,scale and style should be strictly controlled.For the cultural relics building,the cultural relics restoration experts and the planning and construction profession should be combined with the premise of"original form and new technology"to make the historical blocks in the urbanization context,so that it can revitalize historic districts in the context of urbanization.
