摘要
该文从高职教育的实际出发,以姜大源的工作过程理论为指导,重构“供应链管理”课程理论知识体系,优化实训内容;利用供应链大赛平台,形成“5411”实训教学模式;以过程取向的评价模式,形成学校教师、企业导师、行业专家、学生互评、平台评价五方综合评价体系,以提高学生学习积极性,培养创新能力。
Based on the reality of higher vocational education and the work process theory of Jiang Dayuan,this paper reconstructs the theoretical knowledge system of"supply chain management"course and optimizes the content of practical training,using the platform of the supply chain competition to form the"5411"training teaching mode.With the process-oriented evaluation mode,a comprehensive evaluation system consisting of school teachers,enterprise mentors,industry experts,students'mutual evaluation and platform evaluation will be formed to improve students'learning enthusiasm and cultivate their innovation ability.
