摘要
家庭因素是大学生生涯发展中的重要因素,为了探索父母职业相关行为对大学生生涯适应力的影响,对全国23所高校2929名全日制大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:(1)大学生的生涯适应力水平较好,四个维度中,生涯控制得分最高,生涯关注得分最低。(2)父母职业相关行为等具有互动性的家庭动态因素对大学生生涯适应力的影响,远大于人口学变量和家庭静态因素。(3)三类父母职业相关行为对大学生生涯适应力的影响各不相同:父母职业支持对大学生生涯关注、生涯自信、生涯控制和生涯好奇有极其显著的正向预测作用;父母职业干涉对大学生的生涯控制有负向预测作用;父母职业冷漠对生涯关注和生涯好奇有正向预测作用。
Family is an important factor in undergraduates’career development.In order to explore the effect of parents’career-specific behaviors on undergraduates’career adaptability,we investigated 2929 undergraduates from 23 colleges and universities in China.The results show that:(1)The undergraduates’career adaptability is good.Among the four dimensions,career control scores are the highest and career concern scores are the lowest.(2)The effect of interactive family dynamic factors on undergraduates’career adaptability is far greater than demographic variables and family static factors.(3)Different types of parents’career-specific behaviors have different effects on undergraduates’career adaptability.Support behaviors significantly predict positive effect on undergraduates’career attention,career confidence,career control and career curiosity.Interference behaviors predict negative effect on career control of undergraduates.A lack of engagement of parents was a positive predictor of career attention and career curiosity.
