高校科技期刊网站联盟促进成果转化路径探析 被引量:2

摘要 促进科技成果商品化、产业化是科技期刊的重要任务,但一直以来,中国科技期刊在科技成果转化方面的参与程度并不尽如人意。高校科技期刊对科技成果转化有着不可推卸的责任。为了加大高校科技期刊参与成果转化的力度,在全媒体时代大背景下,通过网站联盟,设立“高校科技期刊与科技成果转化网”的大平台以及期刊合作架构下的科技成果转化部门,拓展合作期刊的网页内容,最大化地创造社会效益和经济效益。通过分析,提出了期刊间网站联盟的具体方案,给出了合作的具体方式,明确了期刊合作的优势及可行性等问题。研究结果可为高校科技期刊创新办刊合作方式、提高办刊综合效益、提升社会影响力和认可度、实现可持续良性发展提供参考。 Promoting commercialization and industrialization of research findings is an important task of scientific journals.However,the participation of Chinese sci-tech journals in the commercialization of research findings has not been satisfactory.University scientific journals have responsibility for the commercialization of research findings.In order to strengthen the participation of university scientific journals in the transformation of achievements,under the all media era background,through website allying,a platform of University Scientific Journals and Commercialization of Research Findings Websites as well as relevant departments can be constructed.The journal websites can be extended to maximize social benefits and economic benefits.Through the analysis,a specific proposal for journal website allying and the means of cooperation are put forward,and the advantages and possibility are analyzed.The research result may provide some suggestions for the innovation of ways of cooperation,the improvement of journal comprehensive benefits,the promotion of social influence and recognition,and the realization of sustainable development of university scientific journals.
