目的搭建安全可靠的人力资源管理云平台,规范和优化人力资源管理流程,提升工作效率,实现从传统医院管理向数字化、网络化医院管理转变,为医院战略发展提供科学化、技术化支持。方法运用安全可靠的数字化管理手段,搭建集硬件、软件、网络基础设施、数据中心为一体的应用导向型的服务平台,规范人力资源管理信息系统。结果通过前期调研和建立人力资源管理系统架构的基础上,搭建了安全可靠的人力资源管理云平台。云平台的应用打破了传统的部门管理,突破部门、同级、层级的限制,使组织和职能进行重组,畅通了管理流程,提高了办事效率,节省了人力、财力成本,使资源合理配置。结论基于云平台构建医院人力资源管理系统,促进了信息的流通,实现了资源的共享。通过建立科学化、信息化人力资源管理体系,给领导决策提供了支持,为医院实现战略化发展提供新的契机。

Objective To set up a safe and reliable cloud platform for human resources management,standardize and optimize human resources management process,improve work efficiency,realize the transition from traditional hospital management to digital and networked hospital management,and provide scientific and technical support for hospital strategic development.Methods Using the safe and reliable digital management means,set up an application-oriented service platform integrating hardware,software,network infrastructure and data center,and standardize the human resources management information system.Results Based on the previous research and the establishment of the human resources management system architecture,a safe and reliable human resources management cloud platform was established.The application of the cloud platform broke the boundary of traditional department management,removed the restrictions of the departments and the hierarchy,rearrange the organization and functions,so that the management process was optimized,which improved the work efficiency,saved the costs,and allocated the resources rationally.Conclusion The application of human resource management system based on cloud platform has promoted the circulation of information and realized the sharing of resources.Through the establishment of scientific and information-based human resources management system,it provides support for leadership decision-making and provides opportunities for hospitals to achieve strategic development.
