新集体主义观念下高校宿舍设计模式初探

A Preliminary Study on the Design Mode of College Dormitory under the Concept of New Collectivism

随着社会经济的发展,高校教育招生人数也在以惊人的速度增加,随之带来的是新一轮的高校建设浪潮。笔者以自身参与的滁州职业高校校园规划设计中的宿舍区部分为依托,分析了众多高校宿舍建筑的实际案例后,发现宿舍仅仅满足学生最基本的生活起居成为一种普遍现象,设计者缺乏对学生精神层面的考虑。宿舍作为一种集体主义模式下的建筑类型,应当包含一定的“家庭性”和“社会性”。设计者不能因其建筑布局的单一性而缺乏最基本的设计热情,要充分考虑学生精神层面的需求,以提高学生对宿舍评价的满意度。在设计中笔者提出“新集体主义观念”的设计模式,从人、空间、需求、精神等层面进行优化设计,强调从学生的需求出发,以期对宿舍类建筑的设计模式进行初步的探索,并对今后的设计有一定的借鉴作用。

With the development of social economy, the number of college education students is increasing at an alarming rate, which brings about a new wave of college construction. Based on the planning and design of the campus of Chuzhou vocational college, this paper analyzes many practical cases of the university dormitories, and finds that the dormitory is only a place meeting the basic daily life of the students. The designs neglects the spiritual requirements of the students. As a kind of building type under the collective mode, the dormitory should have certain features of“ family” and“ society”. The designers should not lack in basic design enthusiasm due to the oneness of the dormitory’s architectural layout, but should fully consider the spiritual requirements of the students to improve the satisfaction of the students for the dormitory. In the design, the author puts forward the design pattern of“ new collectivism concept”, optimizes the design from people, space, demand and spiritual level, etc., emphasizes the requirements of the students and makes preliminary exploration on the design mode of the dormitory buildings, which can be certain reference for future design.
