不同掺量的粉煤灰对水泥土力学性能的影响刍议

摘要 通过将粉煤灰掺入混凝土材料中,可以减少水泥用量,提高混凝土的耐久性、抗渗透性、抗腐蚀性,因此近年来粉煤灰成为混凝土搅拌的重要添加剂。但是粉煤灰的用量不是越多越好,掺入过多会影响混凝土的塌落度、水热化以及收缩性。本文经过试验,水泥土中分别添加6%、9%、12%、15%的粉煤灰掺入到6%、9%、12%、15%的水泥量,发现添加一定量的粉煤灰可以提高水泥土的强度,但是掺入粉煤灰的量不能超过水泥本身的用量,否则会影响水泥胶凝效果。添加粉煤灰水泥强度与掺入的砂石骨料岩体强度有关,人工破碎的花岗岩比天然鹅卵石的胶结效果更好。 Mixing fly ash into concrete materials can reduce the amount of cement and improve the durability, permeability and corrosion resistance of the concrete. Therefore, fly ash has become an important additive for concrete mixing in recent years. However, the amount of fly ash should not be as much as possible, otherwise it will affect the slump, water heating and shrinkage of the concrete. In this paper, 6%, 9%, 12%, 15% fly ash was added to the cement soil to add 6%, 9%, 12%, 15% cement. It was found that a certain amount of fly ash can improve the strength of the cement soil, but the amount of fly ash should not exceed the amount of the cement itself, otherwise it will affect the gelation effect of the cement. The strength of adding fly ash cement is related to the strength of sandstone aggregate rock, and the artificially broken granite has better cementation effect than natural pebbles.
