建筑工程具有投资费用大、建设周期长、施工技术复杂的特点,建筑工程的造价管理是一项复杂的管理工作,它具有很强的专业性与技术性,而且这项工作贯穿工程建设的全过程,因此,在建筑工程项目建设过程中实行全过程造价咨询管理工作尤为重要。但目前内地建筑工程项目建设过程中,在全过程造价咨询管理方面仍有欠缺,本文就建筑工程项目建设的全过程造价咨询管理展开探讨,阐述了提高工程造价咨询管理水平的相应措施。

Construction engineering has the features of large investment cost, long construction period and complex construction technology. The construction project cost management is a complex management work. It is very professional and technical. And this work runs through the whole process of project construction. Therefore, it is particularly important to carry out the whole process cost consultation and management in the construction of construction projects. This has an effective effect on the cost control level in the whole project construction process. However, it is lack in cost consultation and management in the whole process of construction projects in China's Mainland. This paper discusses the whole process cost consultation management of construction project and put forward corresponding measures to improve the engineering cost consulting management level.
