摘要 科技的飞速发展对传统建筑行业带来了巨大的挑战和新的发展机遇。未来,行业呈信息化、工业化和产业化发展态势。近年来,BIM技术及装配式建筑成为行业讨论热点。BIM是利用数字化技术将建筑设计、生产、施工、运行维护等全过程的信息进行整合及优化,为项目工程各方提供一个科技化、高效率的信息分享平台。如何将BIM技术与装配式建筑进行有效对接、深度融合,促进装配式建筑高效、低耗、创新发展,具有十分重要的行业价值和社会意义。 The rapid development of science and technology has brought enormous challenges and new development opportunities to traditional construction industry. In the future, the industry will be informatized and industrialized. In recent years, BIM technology and fabricated buildings have become hot topics in the industry. BIM is to use digital technology to integrate and optimize the information of the whole process of building design, production, construction, operation and maintenance, and to provide a scientific and efficient information sharing platform for all parties involved in the project. How to realize the effective linkage and in-depth integration of BIM technology and prefabricated buildings and promote efficient, low-cost and innovative development of fabricated buildings has important industrial value and social significance.
