摘要
为了鉴定新鲜香蕉皮中通过分离纯化得到的一株细菌,本实验采用观察细菌菌落形态特征、生理生化鉴定试验以及16SrDNA基因序列分析等方法对该分离菌进行鉴定.结果表明,该分离菌为革兰氏阴性菌.此菌不能降解棉子糖、阿拉伯糖、麦芽糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、甘露醇、乳糖、枸橼酸盐等,但可以降解尿素、甘露糖.经鉴定该菌株属于变形菌门、莫拉菌科、不动杆菌属细菌.该菌种在香蕉皮中的发现丰富了不动杆菌属细菌在环境中的分布,也为香蕉皮内生菌种的进一步开发和利用奠定了研究基础,因此本研究工作具有重要的理论意义和潜在的应用价值.
In order to identify a strain of bacteria obtained by separation and purification in fresh banana peel, this experiment aimed to identify the isolate this bacteria strain by using the method of observing bacterial colony morphology, physiological and biochemical identification test and 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis.The results showed that the bacteria was Gram-negative bacteria. It could not degrade raffinose, arabinose, maltose, sucrose, glucose, mannitol, lactose, citrate, etc. But it could degrade urea and mannose.The strain was identified as Proteobacteria, Moraxaceae , and Acinetobacter. The discovery of this species in banana peel enriches the distribution of Acinetobacter bacteria in the environment. It also lays a research foundation for the further development and utilization of endophytic species of banana peel. Therefore, this research work has important theoretical significance and potential application value.
