摘要
热力膨胀阀是传统燃油汽车空调系统中最为常见的节流元件,其噪声会降低乘车人的舒适度。在新车开发过程中,根据整车NVH工程中的噪声源频谱分析结论,从设计源头改变热力膨胀阀自身结构规避节流噪声是非常实用的方法。
Thermal expansion valve is the most common throttling element in the traditional fuel vehicle air-conditioning system,while its noise may reduce the comfort of the passengers.In the development process of new car,according to the noise source spectrum analysis conclusion in the whole vehicle NVH project,it is very practical to change the thermal expansion valve structure from the design source to avoid such noise.
