国有建筑企业转型升级指标体系研究——以ECC集团为例

Research on Transformation and Upgrading Index System of State-Owned Construction Enterprise: Taking ECC Group as an Example

我国国有建筑企业在国民经济进入新常态的背景下面临着诸多风险,亟待寻求转型升级的有效路径。国有建筑企业的转型升级主要基于调整要素投入比例和强化内部管理,而国有建筑企业的公有制属性又决定了履行企业的社会责任在国有建筑企业转型升级中发挥调节功能。ECC集团近年来尝试构建综合指标评价体系,对企业转型升级效果进行定量分析与测算,加快了企业转型的进程。

Under the background of entering the “new normal” of China s economy, the state-owned construction enterprises in China seek a path of transformation and upgrading urgently. The transformation and upgrading of state-owned construction enterprises mainly depend on the adjusting the proportion of input factors and strengthening internal management. The public ownership of the state-owned construction enterprises determines that the social responsibility of the enterprises will play a regulatory function in the transformation and upgrading process. Taking ECC group as an example, we use AHP to construct the index evaluation system, makes a quantitative analysis and calculation on the effect of enterprise transformation and upgrading.
