彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断中的应用效果观察

Effect of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Lower Extremity Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在下肢动脉硬化闭塞症诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年5月-2018年4月的106例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者为此次研究观察对象,实施彩色多普勒超声检查,将检查结果进行分析。结果:106例患者的病变位置多集中于足背动脉、胫后动脉、胫前动脉、腘动脉、股动脉、股浅动脉及股总动脉,其中闭塞现象出现的部位有足背动脉5例、胫后动脉7例、胫前动脉11例、腘动脉6例,股动脉2例;检出斑块81例、节段性狭窄76例、病变血管89例。结论:在诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的过程中实施彩色多普勒超声检查方法可为下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的诊疗提供科学依据,值得在临床推广。

Objective:To discuss the application of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans.Method:A total of 106 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans from May 2016 to April 2008 were enrolled in this study.Color Doppler ultrasonography was performed and the results were analyzed.Result:The lesions of 106 patients were concentrated in the dorsal artery,posterior tibial artery,anterior tibial artery,radial artery,femoral artery,superficial femoral artery and common femoral artery.The occlusion phenomenon included 5 cases of dorsal artery,7 cases of posterior tibial artery,11 cases of anterior tibial artery,6 cases of radial artery and 2 cases of femoral artery.There were 81 cases of plaque,76 cases of segmental stenosis and 89 cases of diseased vessels.Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans can provide a scientific basis for the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
