风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀在脑胶质瘤手术中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Risk Nursing Intervention Mode Combined with Humanistic Care in Glioma Surgery

目的:在脑胶质瘤手术中实施风险护理与人文关怀联合干预模式,对应用效果进行分析。方法:选取笔者所在医院2016年12月18日-2018年5月6日实施手术治疗的脑胶质瘤患者87例,按随机数字表法分为常规组(44例)与联合组(43例),分别实施常规围术期护理、风险护理干预模式联合人文关怀,对比两组生活质量评分、并发症发生情况。结果:联合组的生活质量各项评分均高于常规组,且并发症发生率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在脑胶质瘤手术中应用风险护理与人文关怀联合的干预模式,对于改善患者预后有显著效果,临床价值显著。

Objective:To implement the combined intervention mode of risk nursing and humanistic care in glioma surgery,and to analyze the application effect.Method:87 patients with glioma who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from December 18,2016 to May 6,2018 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into routine group(44 cases) and combined group(43 cases).The routine perioperative nursing and risk nursing intervention mode were combined with humanistic care were implemented respectively.The quality of life scores and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of quality of life in the combined group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of risk nursing combined with humanistic care in glioma surgery has significant effect on improving the prognosis of patients,and has a significant clinical value.
