产科病房实施人性化护理对提高护理质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Humanized Nursing in Obstetric Ward on Improving the Quality of Nursing

目的:探讨产科病房实施人性化护理对提高产科护理质量的影响。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年2月于笔者所在医院产科就诊的120例患者,所有患者均为自愿参与且符合纳入、排除标准,采用随机系统将患者均分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受人性化护理,根据患者的护理满意度评分、住院时间、护理质量来评估本次研究的临床效果。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度及护理质量评分均高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理干预措施运用于产科病房中,能有效地提升产科护理质量,改善患者满意度,该护理模式值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing in obstetric ward on improving the quality of obstetric nursing.Method:120 patients who came to the obstetrics department of our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected,and all patients participated voluntarily and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group received humanized nursing.According to the nursing satisfaction score of patients,the length of hospitalization and the quality of nursing were used to evaluate the clinical effect of this study.Result:The nursing satisfaction and nursing quality score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that of the patients in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing intervention measures applied in obstetric wards can effectively improve the quality of obstetric nursing and improve patient satisfaction.This nursing model is worth promoting.
