医护合作-快速康复模式在经输尿管镜碎石手术中的临床应用及效果

The Clinical Application and Effect of the Medical Cooperation-rapid Recovery Model in Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy

目的:研究医护合作-快速康复模式在经输尿管镜碎石手术中的临床应用及效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年4月-2019年3月收治的输尿管结石患者80例为研究对象,随机分为研究组(医护合作-快速康复模式)与对照组(传统治疗),各40例,比较临床指标、生活质量、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组手术时间、结石排出时间与住院时间均较对照组短,住院费用较对照组低,生活质量较对照组高,术后10、24 h的疼痛评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(27.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对输尿管结石患者采用输尿管镜碎石术治疗期间应用医护合作-快速康复模式能缩短手术时间及住院时间,提高结石清除率,减少住院费用,缓解疼痛感且提高生活质量,减少并发症发生,安全性高,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical application and effect of the mode of medical cooperation and rapid recovery in transureteroscopic lithotripsy.Method:80 cases of ureteral calculi patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into study group(medical cooperation-rapid recovery mode) and control group(traditional treatment) with 40 cases each.The clinical indicators,quality of life,pain scores and complications were compared.Result:The operation time,stone discharge time and hospitalization days of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the hospitalization cost was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life was higher than that of the control group,the pain scores of 10 and 24 hours after operation were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(10.00%) was lower than that in the control group(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:During ureteroscopic lithotripsy for patients with ureteral calculi,the application of the medical cooperation-rapid rehabilitation model can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the hospitalization cost,relieve the pain and improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of complications,and have high safety,which is worthy of reference.
