马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets in the Treatment of H-type Hypertension

目的:分析马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压的临床效果。方法:纳入研究对象为笔者所在医院2014年9月-2016年9月收治的100例H型高血压患者,均予以马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗,连续用药2年,比较治疗前后动态血压平均值、血压变异性、血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、踝肱脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)。结果:治疗后患者动态血压平均值(nDBP、nSBP、dDBP、dSBP、24 h DBP、24 h SBP)、血压变异性(nDBPV、nSBPV、dDBPV、dSBPV、24 h DBPV、24 h SBPV)均显著低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者血浆Hcy水平、baPWV均显著低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:马来酸依那普利叶酸片可有效降低H型高血压患者血压及血浆Hcy水平,改善血管内皮功能,值得借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Method:From September 2014 to September 2016,100 patients with type H hypertension treated in our hospital were included in the study.They were treated with Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets for 2 years.The mean ambulatory blood pressure,blood pressure variability,plasma homocysteine(Hcy),and ankle-brachial pulse wave conduction velocity(baPWV)were compared before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the mean dynamic blood pressure(nDBP,nSBP,dDBP,dSBP,24 h DBP,24 h SBP)and blood pressure variability(nDBPV,nSBPV,dDBPV,dSBPV,24 h DBPV,24 h SBPV)were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma Hcy and baPWV levels were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril Maleate Folic Acid Tablets can effectively reduce blood pressure and plasma Hcy level and improve vascular endothelial function in patients with H-type hypertension,which is worth learning.
