丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对患者血液流变学的影响

Efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on Acute Cerebral Infarction and the Influence on Hemorheology of Patients

目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarct,ACI)的效果及对患者血液流变学的影响。方法:选择笔者所在医院收治急性脑梗死患者84例为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=42,给予基础治疗)和观察组(n=42,在基础治疗上加以丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗),比较两组治疗效果及血流变学指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为80.95%,显著高于对照组的59.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血浆黏度、全血低切黏度、全血还原低切黏度、血沉方程K值均较治疗前显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的各血液流变学指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液可明显改善急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标,降低血液黏度,疗效突出。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on acute cerebral infarction(ACI)and its influence on hemorheology of patients.Method:A total of 84 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected for the study and were divided into control group(n=42,given the basic treatment)and observation group(n=42,treated with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on the basis of basic treatment)according to the different treatment methods.The treatment effects and hemorheology indicators were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was 80.95%,which was significantly higher than 59.52%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood low-shear viscosity,whole blood reduction low-shear viscosity and blood sedimentation equation K value in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);and the hemorheology indicators in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection can significantly improve the hemorheology indicators and reduce the blood viscosity in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and it has prominent efficacy.
