摘要
叉车的工作场地较小,转向频繁,甚至需要原地转向,因此,其转向系统要求比其他车辆更高,如轻便灵活,转向半径小,机动性能好。这就需要叉车的转向轮可以转过更大的角度,同时还需要尽量满足四个车轮在转向过程中做纯滚动,减少轮胎的磨损。文章将针对叉车转向系统,在3D建模软件Solid Works中建立装配模型,并对其进行运动学仿真,通过对仿真结果分析,得到其运动特性。
Forklift works in smaller workspace,steers frequently,and even do in-situ steering.Therefore,their steering system requirements are higher than those of other vehicles,such as light and flexible steering,small turning radius,good maneuverability.This requires that the steering wheel of forklift can turn at a larger angle.At the same time,it also needs to satisfy the four wheels to do pure rolling in the steering process,to reduce tire wear and tear.In this paper,the assembly model of forklift steering system will be built in Solid Works,a 3D modeling software,and the kinematics simulation will be carried out.Through the analysis of the simulation results,the kinematics characteristics of the forklift steering system will be obtained.
