摘要
以S30减震器活塞低速运动为研究对象,采用Solid Works软件建立了简化减震器三维模型,利用ANSYS workbench软件对减震器做了静力学接触应力运动仿真分析。结果表明:减震器活塞在低速工况下,侧向力为零的节点处载荷增大致使活塞裙部应力集中发生变形严重;最终得出,活塞磨损状况随侧向力为零时所受载荷增大加剧。
Taking the low-speed movement of the S30 shock absorber piston as the research object,the simplified three-dimensional model of the shock absorber was established by Solid Works software and the static contact stress motion of the shock absorber is simulated by ANSYS workbench software.The results show that under the condition of low speed,that the load at the node with zero lateral force is increased causes the piston skirt to be of stress concentration and severely deformed.Finally,with the load increasing when the lateral force is zero,the piston wear condition is intensified.
