摘要
扭力梁式后悬架的线刚度和角刚度是影响汽车行驶平顺性和操纵稳定性的两个重要因数。文章以某车型不同配置的四款扭力梁为例,建立其数学模型,并应用仿真分析软件ABAQUS分析扭力梁随车轮上下摆动时的线刚度和角刚度,同时通过台架试验验证其仿真结果。此外,还提出一种新方法,结合轮距快速估算刚度,并反馈到产品设计中去,为设计初期以及后续改进提供参考。
The linear stiffness and angle stiffness of a torsion beam rear suspension are two important factors influencing the automobile ride and handling stability.Here,we take four torsion beams with different configurations of a crossover new energy car as an example,analyze their linear stiffness and angle stiffness when they swing up and down with the wheel through ABAQUS and the mathematical model built.Meanwhile,we verify the simulation result by bench test.At the same time,we put forward a new method that estimate stiffness quickly with the wheel tread,this work is beneficial to design and improvement.
