摘要 以中国大学生方程式汽车大赛,即Formula Student China(以下简称FSC)作为研究平台,对其燃油供给系统的喷油MAP、点火系统的启动加浓系数、电控系统的怠速控制等相关参数,在计算机软件模拟与台架实验的基础下进行了标定方法探究,阐述了动力ECU标定流程,优化了启动性能、怠速控制、喷油脉谱图、点火提前角脉谱图和变速工况下喷油补偿等的标定,试验结果表明软件模拟及台架试验的预期模拟数据与实车标定数据基本一致,运用软件模拟与实际结合的标定方法可以大大的参赛车辆的标定效率。 Taking the Formula Student China(FSC)as the platform,this paper makes a preliminary introduction to its calibration method and explores its optimization method based on the computer software simulation featuring relevant parameters of oil injection MAP,ignition system,cranking enrichment system,and idle speed control etc.in the power system and bench test.On this basis,the calibration of the whole vehicle is also completed.
