摘要
排气系统的设计原则是利用尽量小的流动阻力把发动机燃烧形成的废气安全的排放到汽车外部,同时降低排气所产生的噪声。排气系统匹配的优劣性直接影响车辆的动力性、经济性和安全性,并对发动机的使用寿命有重要影响。文章利用STAR-CCM+软件对某重型汽车的排气系统进行了流场分析,检验排气系统匹配的优劣性,为进一步优化排气系统的设计提供理论依据。
The design principle of exhaust system is to use as little flow resistance as possible to safely emit the exhaust gas from engine combustion to the outside of the vehicle,and at the same time to reduce the noise produced by exhaust.The advantages and disadvantages of exhaust system matching directly affect the power,economy,and safety of the vehicle,and have an important impact on the service life of the engine.In this paper,the flow field of the exhaust system of a heavy vehicle is analyzed by using STAR-CCM+software,the advantages and disadvantages of the exhaust system matching are tested,which provides a theoretical basis for further optimizing the design of the exhaust system.
