摘要
以塑代钢是实现轻量化的重要手段之一,文章以某款SUV车身尾门为研究对象,在保证基本性能的前提下进行塑料尾门设计。以竞品车型尾门性能为设计目标,通过有限元分析方法进行塑料尾门的性能分析,并通过结构优化设计来满足不同工况需求。根据设计方案试制了塑料尾门样件,对其分别进行了自由模态、刚度和抗凹试验,结果表明塑料尾门样件各项性能满足要求,从而为塑料尾门的开发利用提供参考方向。
Replacing steel with plastic is one of the important means to realize lightweight.This paper takes the tailgate of a SUV as the research object,and designs the plastic tailgate under the premise of guaranteeing the basic performance.Taking the performance of competitive tailgate as the design objective,it is carried out the performance analysis of the plastic tailgate through the finite element analysis method.Also,the structural optimization design is proposed to meet the requirements of different conditions.Based on the design scheme,the prototype of plastic tailgate was trial-produced.In addition,the free modes,stiffness and denting resistance tests were performed respectively.The results show that the performance of the plastic tailgate prototype meets the requirements.Thus,it provides reference direction for the develop-ment and utilization of plastic tailgate.
