摘要 文章利用热管对汽车电机的散热系统进行改良设计,使电机定子绕组的热量先通过热管直接传递到电机壳体,再由水套内的冷却液带走。根据电机的结构及工作原理,构建了电机内部传热模型,由此分析改良前后电机在不同冷却液流量下散热效果的差异。研究表明利用热管对汽车电机进行改良,可有效降低电机散热所需辅助能耗,研究可为汽车电机散热系统提供新的设计思路。 This paper uses heat pipes to improve the motor cooling system of automobiles.The heat of the stator winding of the motor is directly transmitted to the motor housing through the heat pipe,and then carried away by the coolant in the water jacket.According to the structure and working principle of the motor,the internal heat transfer model of the motor is constructed,and the difference of the heat dissipation effect of the motor before and after the improvement of the different coolant flow is analyzed.Research shows that the use of heat pipes to improve automotive motors can effectively reduce the auxiliary energy consumption required for motor cooling.This study can provide new design ideas for automotive motor cooling systems.
