摘要
重卡载货汽车用底盘推力杆热铆,其组成总成用杆头为波浪型热铆技术,其杆头波浪纹在车削过程中,考虑到消除车削轴线与毛坯锻造轴线偏离,消除热铆后的总成受力不均衡导致的产品失效,设计制作杆头波浪纹车削前的辅助气动夹紧机构,进而提升产品质量。
Heavy truck vehicle chassis thrust rod hot riveting,the composition of the assembly with the rod head wave hot riveting technology,the rod head wavy pattern in the turning process,taking into account the elimination of turning axis and rough forging axis deviation,To eliminate the product failure caused by the uneven force of the hot riveting assembly,an auxiliary pneumatic clamping mechanism is designed and manufactured before the rod head wave pattern is cut,and the product quality is improved.
