摘要
为适应法规及结构需要,耐高温不锈钢材料被更多地应用在汽车发动机排气歧管中,JFE-MH1做为一种新开发的耐高温不锈钢,如何保证其焊接后焊缝区的稳定性成为亟待解决的问题之一。文章通过对3种不同焊丝与JFE-MH1焊接后焊缝区的金相组织进行观察,研究JFE-MH1焊接特性。
To suit regulatory and structural requirements,the high temperature resistance stainless steel is more widely used in automotive engine exhaust manifold,JFE-MH1 as a new developed high temperature resistance stainless steel,it's one of the problems to be solved urgently that how to improve the stability of the weld zone after welding.This paper observed the metallographic structure of three different welding sticks welded with JFE-MH1,to study on the welding properties of JFE-MH1.
