摘要
文章介绍了乘用车、商用车车身材料发展,对铝合金材料特性、制造工艺及车身适用型号进行了阐述,分析MIG焊工艺、激光束焊工艺、无铆钉连接工艺、自冲铆接工艺在铝合金车身连接技术中的应用及工艺可行性。
This paper introduces the development of passenger and commercial vehicle body materials,expounds the charac-teristics of aluminum alloy materials,manufacturing technology and suitable models of car body,and analyses the applica-tion and technological feasibility of MIG welding,laser beam welding,rivetless connection and self-piercing riveting techno-logy in aluminum alloy body joining technology.
