摘要
随着国家对环境治理越来越重视,环保要求也成为企业发展的重要指标,国家十二五大气防治规划及汽车行业清洁生产要求以及地方相关大气VOC排放限值的出台等法规法规中对企业排放均做出强制性要求。作为汽车行业的涂装车间,如何减少VOC排放,成为涂装发展的重要研究方向,从传统溶剂型3C2B体系到传统水性3C2B体系、及水性3C1B体系/B1B2体系应用,工艺技术及材料性能提升的同时,VOC排放量也逐步减少。因行业商用车标准与乘用车存在一定差异,水性单涂层工艺可满足商用车要求,文章将针对Monocoat单涂层工艺条件及应用简单介绍。
As countries to pay more and more attention to environmental governance,environmental requirements has become an important index of enterprise development,the national planning for the control of air five-year atmosphere and auto industry clean production requirements and local relevant laws and regulations such as VOC emission limit value of the atmosphere of a mandatory requirement to discharge all the enterprise.As coating workshop of car industry,how to reduce VOC emissions become an important research direction of coating development,from traditional solvent 3C2B system to the traditional water 3C2B system and water system of 3C1B/B1B2 system application,process technology and material performance improvement at the same time,also gradually reduce VOC emissions for commercial vehicle industry standards and passenger cars there is a certain difference,water-based MONOCOAT single coating process can meet the requirements of commercial vehicle,this article will focus on MONOCOAT single coating process simple introduction.
