摘要 当前世界正进入低碳化时代,全球主要汽车市场都制定了严格的碳排放法规。到2020年我国油耗总体降幅比例高达27%,而自主品牌在技术、成本、品牌等方面正面临越来越大的挑战。整车轻量化与汽车的动力性、燃油经济性、底盘制动、排放及制造成本等多个方面影响密切,为满足国家法规和市场客户需求,推进轻量化技术应用,实现更好的整车性能。文章通过大量调研汽车轻量化现状后总结并分析轻量化技术的发展方向,为汽车轻量化技术开展提供建议。 At present,the world is entering the era of low carbon,and the world's major automobile markets have enacted strict carbon emission regulations.By 2020,the overall reduction rate of China's fuel consumption is as high as 27%,while self-owned brands are facing increasing challenges in terms of technology,cost and brand.The lightweight of the vehicle is closely related to the power performance,fuel economy,chassis braking,emissions and manufacturing cost of the vehicle.In order to meet the requirements of national regulations and market customers,the application of lightweight technology is promoted to achieve better vehicle performance.This paper summarizes and analyzes the development direction of light-weight technology through a large number of investigations on the status quo of automotive lightweight technology,and provides Suggestions for the development of automotive lightweight technology.
