补中益气汤联合盆底康复治疗仪在产妇盆底肌功能康复中的应用价值

Application Value of Buzhongyiqi Decoction Combined with Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Therapeutic Apparatus in Pelvic Floor Muscle Function Rehabilitation of Puerperal

目的:对比分析对产妇实行补中益气汤与盆底康复治疗仪联合治疗对其盆底肌功能康复的临床效果。方法:选取360例在笔者所在医院接受生产的产妇作为临床研究对象,入院时间为2016年1月-2018年5月,以治疗方式的不同分两组,实行盆底康复治疗仪的产妇设为对照组,实行补中益气汤与盆底康复治疗仪联合治疗的产妇设为观察组,比对患者临床疗效情况。结果:经治疗后,观察组总并发症发生率(5.56%)显著低于对照组(33.89%);观察组盆底肌力超过3级者占比(86.67%)显著高于对照组(63.33%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇行补中益气汤与盆底康复治疗仪联合治疗可有效提高临床治疗效果,促进盆底肌功能康复,有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective:To compare and analyze the clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi Decoction and pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument on puerpera’s pelvic floor muscle function rehabilitation.Method:A total of 360 parturients who were given birth in our hospital were selected as clinical research objects.The admission time was from January 2016 to May 2018.The parturients who were given pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument were divided into two groups.The paturients who were given Buzhongyiqi Decoction and pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument were set as control group.The parturients who were given Buzhongyiqi Decoction combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument were set as observation group.The clinical efficacy of patients.Result:After treatment,the incidence of total complications in the observation group(5.56%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.89%),the pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group(86.67%)was higher than that in the control group(63.33%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Buzhongyiqi Decoction and pelvic floor rehabilitation therapy instrument can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of pelvic floor muscle function,which has high clinical application value.
