全知,共情:教师团队培训的出发点

摘要 教师培训的目的是促进教师队伍的专业发展和整体素养的提升,从而促进教育的优质均衡发展。文章以江苏省乡村骨干教师培育站建设为例,借鉴共情理论和卷入式教研理论,让受训教师全知、共情、全程参与,切实提升教师的专业水平。
