摘要
目的探索Mini-CEX及OSCE考核评估方法在口腔医学专业学生临床实习中的应用,进一步提高临床实习质量。方法选取齐齐哈尔医学院口腔医学专业实习学生60人,分别在口腔内科、口腔外科、口腔修复正畸科进行Mini-CEX及OSCE考核,并对其发放调查问卷。通过统计学SPSS 17.0软件对学生成绩进行t检验分析。结果Mini-CEX和OSCE考核各项成绩较入科前各项成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Mini-CEX和OSCE联合考核评估方法能够促进口腔医学专业学生牢固掌握理论知识,提高临床实践技能能力,培养优秀的应用型口腔医学人才.
Objective To explore the application of Mini-CEX and OSCE assessment methods in clinical practice of stomatology students to improve the quality of clinical practice.Methods A total of 60 internship students in the department of stomatology from Qiqihar Medical College were examined by Mini-CEX and OSCE in the department of stomatology,oral surgery and orthodontics,and the questionnaires were distributed.Student's scores were analyzed by t-test by statistical SPSS 17.0 software.Results There were significant differences in the scores of Mini-CEX and OSCE compared with those of the former ones(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Mini-CEX and OSCE assessment methods can promote the students of stomatology to master theoretical knowledge,improve the ability of clinical practice skills and cultivate the application-type stomatology talents.
