新时代下留学生教育发展方向的研究

Research on the Development Direction of International Students’ Education in the New Era

在“强起来”的新时代背景下,国际合作与竞争日益紧密,人才竞争成为主题,世界高尖人才是完成“强起来”的有生力量,我国想要转型为强国,教育需走在发展的前列,其中留学生教育的发展对于推进我国教育国际化至关重要。随着十九大完美闭幕,报告中提出的建设教育强国的总体发展目标和以“一带一路”为重点的发展战略,为新时代我国教育事业的发展提供了历史契机,发展留学生教育对我国实现全面开放有着促进作用。在新的历史机遇下,如何推动我国留学生教育的可持续发展成为重中之重,本文主要研究在十九大精神的指导下,“新时代”我国留学生教育的发展方向。

In the new era of"becoming stronger",international cooperation and competition are getting closer,when the talent competition has become the theme.Cultivating the world's top talents is the life force to complete the"becoming stronger".To transform into a powerful country,education needs to take the lead in the developments of all fields.The development of overseas students'education is crucial to promote the internationalization of China's education.At the end of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the report put forward the overall development goal of building a strong country in education and the development strategy focusing on"One Belt And One Road",which provided a historical opportunity for the development of China's education in the new era.Under the new historical opportunity,how to promote the sustainable development of China's overseas students'education has become a top priority.This paper mainly studies the development direction of China's overseas student education in the"new era"under the guidance of the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
