医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训并轨模式的探讨

The Discussion of the Combined Postgraduate Training in Medical Professional Degree With Resident Standardized Training

专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训相结合,即“双轨合一”并轨培养模式,是我国医学教育模式的重大变革,是以培养应用型人才为目标、以临床能力培养为中心,培养既具有较强的临床能力又具备较好的学术发展潜力,既具有医学从业资质又具备临床应用研究学术资质的适用性人才。学校自2010年开展专业学位研究生“5+3”培养模式以来,逐步完善专业学位硕士研究生的培养模式。文章结合本校实际情况,就“双轨合一”模式下专业学位研究生教育存在的问题进行总结和分析,为后续专业学位研究生教育的深入改革提供有效借鉴。

The combination of postgraduate training in medical professional degree with resident standardized training,namely the"dual-track system"training model,is a major change in the medical education mode in China.The aim is to train applied talents and the clinical competence training is central.The graduate students have preferably clinical skills and better academic potential,and have practicing physician with clinical application research for applicability talents.Our school has gradually improved the training mode of professional degree postgraduates,since the"5+3"training mode of professional degree postgraduates was launched in 2010.Based on the actual situation of our school,this paper sums up and analyzes of the problems existing in professional degree graduate education in the"dual-track system"training model.It will provide an effective reference for further reform of professional degree postgraduate education.
