半月板损伤应用关节镜手术治疗效果的研究

Study on the Effect of Arthroscopic Surgery on Meniscus Injury

目的总结并归纳半月板损伤应用关节镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2017年10月—2018年10月我院收治的62例半月板损伤患者的临床资料,根据手术方式分为对照组22例和观察组40例。对照组患者接受半月板完全切除术,观察组患者接受半月板成形术。比较两组治疗效果及术后疼痛程度。结果治疗后,接受半月板成形术的观察组在总有效率及术后VAS评分方面,均远优于对照组,P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。结论关节镜下半月板成形术对半月板损伤患者的治疗效果明显优于半月板完全切除术,且对患者的创伤性较小,因此除半月板严重撕裂无法保留的患者外,半月板成形术均值得推广应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery for meniscus injury.Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with meniscus injury treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation methods,the patients were divided into control group(22 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group received complete meniscectomy,while the observation group received menisceplasty.The therapeutic effect and the degree of pain after operation were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate and postoperative VAS score of the observation group receiving meniscectomy are far better than those of the control group,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups are statistically significance.Conclusion Arthroscopic menisceoplasty is superior to complete meniscectomy in the treatment of meniscus injury,and has less trauma to patients.Therefore,menisceoplasty is worthy of popularization and application except for those patients with severe meniscal tear that can not be retained.
