妇产科剖宫产同时剔除子宫肌瘤整体护理探讨

Discussion on Holistic Nursing Care of Cesarean Section in Obstetrics and Gynecology With Simultaneously Eliminating Uterine Leiomyoma

目的探讨剖宫产同时剔除子宫肌瘤期间的妇产科护理方法以及对于母婴健康的影响。方法选取我院妇产科2017年3月—2018年年5月期间收治的98例合并子宫肌瘤的孕产妇作为研究对象,分为观察组(整体护理)和对照组(常规护理)各49例,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组产妇的护理满意度相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛VAS评分、HAMD评分、产后并发症发生率、新生儿并发症发生率相对更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住院时间相对更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在剖宫产同时剔除子宫肌瘤的过程中实施整体护理方案,能够有效保障手术安全,进而维护母婴健康安全。

Objective To explore obstetrics and gynecology nursing methods during cesarean section with simultaneously eliminating uterine leiomyoma,and its impact on maternal and infant health.Methods 98 patients of pregnant and lying-in women with uterine leiomyoma from 2017.3-2018.5 were selected as objective,and were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(holistic nursing)averagely,their nursing effect were compared.Results Compared with control group,the nursing satisfaction of the mothers in observation group was higher,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),pain VAS score,HAMD score,incidence of postpartum complications and neonatal complications were lower,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and hospitalization time was shorter,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of holistic nursing program in the process of simultaneously eliminating uterine during cesarean section can effectively guarantee the safety of operation,and thus maintain the health and safety of mother and infant.
