手术室整体护理在甲状腺手术中的应用效果

Application Effect of Operating Room Holistic Nursing in Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨手术室整体护理模式在甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法将我院2017年6月—2018年6月期间接受甲状腺手术的患者60例进行分组研究,对照组30例行常规护理,观察组30例行手术室整体护理模式,对手术前后焦虑抑郁评分、手术耐受性、术后不良反应以及患者满意度进行分析。结果观察组焦虑抑郁评分以及术后不良反应与对照组相比较低,手术耐受性以及患者满意度与对照组相比较高,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对甲状腺手术患者实行手术室整体护理模式效果较好,可有效缓解不良情绪,降低不良反应发生率,还可提高患者的满意度以及其对手术的耐受性。

Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing mode in operation room in thyroid surgery.Methods 60 patients who underwent thyroid surgery in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group were given routine nursing and 30 patients in the observation group were given overall nursing mode in the operating room.The anxiety and depression scores,surgical tolerance,adverse reactions and patients'satisfaction before and after operation were analyzed.Results The anxiety and depression scores and adverse reactions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the tolerance and satisfaction of the patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing mode in operating room for patients undergoing thyroid surgery is better,which can effectively alleviate adverse emotions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patients'satisfaction and tolerance to surgery.
