中医情志结合人文关怀在乳腺癌根治术中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Sentiment Combined With Humanistic Care in Radical Mastectomy of Breast Cancer

目的研究中年女性乳腺癌患者实施中医情志与人文关怀联合护理模式的护理效果及价值。方法选择70例于我院接受乳腺癌根治术的中年女性患者,纳入时间为2017年3月—2018年3月,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组均35例。其中参照组采用常规乳腺癌根治术护理方式,实验组行中医情志与人文关怀联合护理模式,对比2组患者护理前后情绪自评得分、住院时长生活质量得分、护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者情绪自评得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理患者情绪状态有所缓解,但实验组护理后焦虑自评得分、抑郁自评得分均低于参照组,与参照组相互比较,实验组住院时长较短,实验组护理后机体健康、心理状态、社会功能、共性症状、特异感等生活质量得分均高于参照组,实验组乳腺癌护理满意度(94.29%)高于参照组(74.29%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中年女性患者在乳腺癌根治围手术期间应用中医情志与人文关怀联合护理方式的效果显著,有效提升患者护理后心理状态及生活质量,其临床应用效果令人满意,应予以临床推广。

Objective To study the nursing effect and value of the combined nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine sentiment and humanistic care for middle-aged women with breast cancer.Methods 70 middle-aged women who received radical mastectomy in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the reference group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Among them,the reference group was given the nursing mode of conventional radical mastectomy,and the experimental group was given the combined nursing mode of traditional Chinese medicine sentiment and humanistic care.The two groups were compared in emotional self-assessment score,hospitalization duration,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction before and after nursing.Results Emotional self assessment score before treatment two groups of patients no significant difference(P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant.the nursing of emotional states eased,but the experimental group after nursing self-evaluation of the self-assessment score of anxiety,depression scores were lower than that of control group,comparing with control group,experimental group hospitalization time is shorter,the experimental group of nursing after the body health,psychological status,social function,such as common symptoms,specific quality of life score were higher than control group,experimental group breast cancer care satisfaction(94.29%)was higher than control group(74.29%),the significant difference(P>0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combined nursing method of traditional Chinese medicine sentiment and humanistic care during the perioperative period of radical resection of breast cancer in middle-aged women has a significant effect,effectively improving the psychological state and quality of life of patients after nursing,and its clinical application effect is satisfactory,which should be promoted clinically.
